Terms and conditions

For Package:

• Guest can only choose one attraction ticket for 2 persons (not combinable)
• Room capacity is up to 2 adults and 2 kids. Free tickets only for up to 2 persons regardless of the number of guests booked
• No refunds for any unused portion of the package
• All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card. No shows or cancellations made later than 6pm local time 1 day prior to arrival will be subject to one night's room charge plus applicable taxes
• Rates are subject to change and may vary on certain days of the week

For Macau Tower Observation Deck:

• Free tickets only for up to 2 persons regardless of the number of guests booked. Supplement applies for extra tickets (MOP135 for adult and MOP85 for child aged between 3-11) and must be booked with the hotel in advance
• Hotel will provide guests with QR code which needs to be presented when entering into Macau Tower
• Admission tickets are valid only for one day and scheduled the day following the check-in date
• Unused ticket will be forfeited and cannot be changed to another date
• The opening hours of Macau Tower are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (weekdays) and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (weekends and public holidays)

For Macau Science Center:

• Free tickets only for up to 2 persons regardless of the number of guests booked. Supplement applies for extra tickets (MOP135 per person) and must be booked with the hotel in advance
• Includes coupons to Exhibition Center and one 2D and one 3D Planetarium program (total 3 admission coupons per person, maximum 2 persons per room per night)
• The coupon is valid for redemption until 31 December 2023
• Hotel will not be responsible for lost or damaged coupons

For Macau Grand Prix Museum:

• Museum is closed on Tuesdays
• Free tickets only for up to 2 persons regardless of the number of guests booked. Supplement applies for extra tickets (MOP80 per adult) and must be booked with the hotel in advance
• Hotel will provide guests email confirmation on the date of check-in which needs to be presented when entering into the museum
• Admission tickets are valid only for one day and scheduled the day following the check-in date at 2pm admission time
• Unused ticket will be forfeited and cannot be changed to another date
• Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult to enter the museum
