Join in our Wellness & Fitness Activities to enjoy unlimited access to all of our activities throughout the week. 

We offer Steps and Body Basic aerobics, Tai Chi, yoga, pilates, kick boxing and martial arts sessions at different levels of intensity at our exercise studio in the gym.
